Snoop Dogg: Lakers Superfan and High Blood Pressure Advocate

On Tuesday night, Snoop Dogg showed his relatable side in an Instagram post. He blamed the Los Angeles Lakers’ performance for causing his high blood pressure and anxiety. The famous rap icon and cultural figure seemed to be affected by the team’s overtime victory over the New York Knicks.

The Lakers recently played another overtime game and unfortunately lost to the top-seeded Boston Celtics by a score of 125-121. However, they bounced back and won their most recent game against another team, ending a two-game losing streak. LeBron James had an impressive performance and achieved a triple-double. In a video, Snoop Dogg can be seen celebrating the win but also expressing some concerns about the team’s overall performance.

“You know what that smile means? Lakers won!” he said with a grin. “We always manage to pull through,” he added, laughing. But then his tone turned serious. “You gave me a heart attack, damn it! If we want to keep winning, we need to start figuring things out.” He sighed. “I can’t believe I’m getting so old.”

It seems like Snoop Dogg will have to keep his blood pressure in check as the Lakers are not doing well in the Western Conference. They currently hold the 13th spot with a record of 24-28 and have a game against the Pacers on Thursday night in Indiana.

Last year, the famous person had the opportunity to perform on the Super Bowl halftime show alongside a group of musical talents including Dr. Dre, Kendrick Lamar, Mary J. Blige, and Eminem. Nowadays, this individual has been making headlines for promoting different products and starting a YouTube channel dedicated to kids’ music.
