LeBron James’ spouse is set to celebrate a decade of marriage with the famed Los Angeles Lakers star this year. The couple’s love story, however, dates back several years before their 2013 wedding. Savannah, like LeBron, hails from Akron, Ohio and attended a nearby high school before transferring to St. Vincent-St. Mary. She also shared her husband’s passion for sports and excelled in athletics.
LeBron asked Savannah to join him on the basketball court after they met at a football game. She agreed, and the rest is history.
Savannah and LeBron are responsible for taking care of three kids. Currently, Bronny and Bryce James are making their way up the ranks of high school, while their daughter Zhuri just turned eight years old.
LeBron James’ significant other is not just an interior designer and a successful entrepreneur, but also a philanthropist who devotes her time to giving back to the community. She also holds the position of Vice President of the LeBron James Family Foundation.
LeBron James’ philanthropic act that stands out the most is the establishment of his “iPromise” school which helps to provide quality education to Akron residents. Meanwhile, Savannah is also committed to enhancing the lives of her community members. Her “Women of Our Future” initiative offers academic guidance and mentorship to women within her locale.
Savannah James is just as much of a role model as her husband.
