Exploring the Luxurious Silicon Valley Estate

Steph Curry’s extravagant house located in the priciest postal zone of the United States

Curry formerly resided in a cozy Atherton home on a 1.18-acre lot that spanned only 7,535 square feet. However, he has now upgraded to a much larger mansion located in the most expensive zip code in the United States. According to Front Office Sports, Curry sold his previous property to millionaire Forrest Li for $31.2 million towards the end of 2021, which is $1.2 million more than what he paid for his current residence, a spacious 17,761-square-foot home, in December 2020. It seems as though Curry always comes out on top.

The basketball legend who won the NBA championship four times resides in a spacious 1.7-acre property located in Atherton, which also houses his current residence. The property boasts a plethora of luxurious amenities such as a movie theater, a bar, a wine store, a swimming pool, a sundeck, and seven bedrooms. According to reports, the primary bedroom includes a fireplace, a wet bar, and a marble bathtub. The property’s grandeur is not surprising as it features vaulted ceilings and large windows that illuminate the interiors with natural light while providing breathtaking views of the lush surroundings.

It’s no shock that Curry has a knack for flipping houses and turning a profit, given his track record as a savvy investor. As the top-earning NBA player on the court, it’s no surprise that he also ranks second in the league overall, with a projected income of $95.1 million this year.

Steph Curry is kicking off his debut year of a fresh four-year contract, estimated to be valued at $215.3 million. Apart from basketball, he has several entrepreneurial pursuits such as owning unanimous Media, publishing a children’s book titled “I Have a Superpower,” and collaborating with Under Armour.
