An astrologer revealed that Golden Bachelorette’s Joan Vassos and her now-fiancé Chock Chapple’s are a perfect match, but will their love truly last?
During the leading lady’s inaugural season finale, Joan chose between finalists Chock and Guy Gansert, but she ultimately gave her final rose to the Kansas native and he proposed to her with a impressive engagement ring.
Now, weeks after the finale, the pair continue to open up about their relationship, but are they really still together?
After the finale, Joan told Good Morning America: “We’ve been in hiding for three months. We’ve spent a lot of time together just kind of falling more and more in love.”
The executive added, jokingly: “We have dinner plans every night for the next four months – we’re so tired of being stuck inside.”

The administrator reflected on their journey, saying: “This feels so good. I’m looking at our family and friends who we’ve never gotten to be with together, so it’s so nice to finally be able to share our love and our story and our future with them.”
Since then, Joan and Chock’s love has been going strong.
They have revealed several things about their new relationship, including that they plan on moving to New York City, although not permanently.
Talking to People in a joint interview, the couple shared that the intention was to spend more time in New York, but to also split time between the homes they noth already have in Maryland and Kansas.
“We’re going to be going back and forth between Kansas to Maryland and to New York,” Chock said. “We’ll have a full-time place in New York and whenever we get the opportunity, we’re going to be there. We’re going to get it figured out this next year.”
Joan also clarified that they are going to be spending time with one another’s families in the more immediate future, but whenever they want some time just for themselves, their intention was to head to NYC.

The leading lady has also said that ABC has not offered to give them a televised wedding, at least not yet, as they did for Golden Bachelor Gerry Turner and his winner Theresa Nist.
The couple are starting new holiday traditions too.
They shared photos on social media as they decorated their Christmas tree, including a special ornament to mark their 2024 engagement.
“Our first golden Christmas…” Joan wrote in the caption.
“Special thank you to my friend @kateslaytonlettering for this beautiful custom ornament!” She added.
The ornament was placed on a frosted tree, alongside white stockings personalized with the names of their children and grandchildren.
